Once you complete your booking, please wait for us to confirm your booking request. Once confirmed you will receive an email confirmation with all your trip details including your invoice for the security deposit. Please review to ensure all information is correct.
Once you’ve submitted your payment, your reservation is complete.
Your remaining balance will be due within 3 days before check in.
Deposit fee is $400 (refundable)
Cleaning fee is $85 for normal usage for one time
Housekeeping is available on a weekly basis upon request : $45 per cleaning
If cancelled within a month the deposit is not refundable.

This is a non-smoking property. Violators will be charged a $1,000 cleaning fee and will be required to vacate the premises.
